The AZEV400 relay is specifically designed for operation in challenging charging environments and meets the IEC 62955 and IEC 62752 standards for high short-circuit resistance. With a maximum load capacity of up to 50 amps and a switching voltage of 480 VAC, the relay is ideally suited for the rigorous demands of charging operations. Its short-circuit resistance includes test sequences at 3 kA and 10 kA across various voltage ranges (230/400 V), providing consistent performance and safety even under extreme conditions.

Enhanced Protection with Mirror Contact and Monitoring Functions

Additionally, the AZEV400 is equipped with a mirror contact according to EN 60947-4-1, enabling secure monitoring of switching contacts, offering high protection in safety-critical applications. The relay provides enhanced insulation protection with a dielectric strength of up to 5 kVRMS and a surge withstand voltage of 10 kV.

Find out more about our new relay AZEV400 at our booth no. 362 in hall A2 at the Electronica trade fair in Munich from 12, of November to 15, of November 2024.
